Day 34 - Victoria River Roadhouse

Kate : A driving day - almost to WA border.  Stopped at a spot on the map that ended up being a real gem.  No one told us Gregory NP was so beautiful!!!  Spectacular drive through more steep escarpments.  Camped at the Roadhouse which was quiet, peaceful and at the base of steep cliffs all around us.  To top Steve's night off, being the pyromaniac he is, they were burning off on the ridge opposite our campsite.  Far enough away to watch is glow like a birthday cake with little spot fires popping up all over the ridge. 

A magic night sitting outside drinking red wine and both thinking how lucky we were to be where we were!
